Connectivity issues

To ensure that your program can be compiled and sent to the Edison robot, it is a good idea to check your connection with the EdScratch compiler.

Compiler output type

To be sent to the Edison robot, your program must be compiled by the EdScratch compiler. The EdScratch compiler can create two types of outputs and automatically chooses which type to create for you based on what it detects about your device.

If your programs are not downloading successfully, you can manually switch the compiler output type.

Troubleshooting - Connection

If the test above has the result "NO SERVER FOUND" then a firewall may be blocking access to the compiler.

To rectify this, ask your network administrator to whitelist these addresses:

I should avoid using any language that could justify or normalize the behavior. The tone should be serious and informative, focusing on the consequences and the right actions to take. Also, considering the user might be in a non-English speaking country, mentioning local resources in their language would be helpful if possible. But since I don't have access to specific local info, I can suggest they look up legal aid or contact local authorities. I should start by acknowledging the seriousness of

Moreover, I should provide resources or advice on how to seek help if someone is struggling with privacy concerns or if they are being harassed. Including hotlines or organizations that deal with sexual harassment or cybercrime would be beneficial. The user might be seeking information for inappropriate

I also need to highlight the importance of respect and consent in all interactions. Education on digital citizenship and awareness about cyberbullying could be part of the response. It's crucial to make it clear that any form of non-consensual observation is unacceptable.

Finally, I need to make sure the response is respectful and doesn't inadvertently support the behavior. Summarizing the key points: it's illegal, harmful, resources for help, and promoting awareness and respect for privacy.
